In many cases, yes. Roofing and skylight flashing are closely linked. If your roof is due for replacement and your skylights are older, replacing them at the same time lets us integrate everything into one new system. That can reduce future leak risk and save you from paying twice for similar roof work around the openings. If your skylights are newer and in good condition, we will explain how they can be integrated into the new roof without replacement.
